JustRCToys is an online retailer of radio-controlled hobby parts and accessories operating from 1027 Broadway, New York, NY 10001. You can reach us on 1.888.883.6789 or through our contact page.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every part as accurately as we can, including the models it fits and any manufacturer reference we hold. Photographs are for illustration; small differences in color, packaging or batch may occur. Unless stated otherwise, parts offered as compatible replacements are not original manufacturer items, and manufacturer names and model numbers are used only to indicate compatibility.
3. Prices and availability
- All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices and to correct pricing errors. If an obvious error affects your order we will contact you before charging and you may cancel.
- Stock levels change continuously. If an item becomes unavailable after you order we will offer a substitute, a partial shipment or a refund for that item.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order – for example where the item is out of stock, the shipping address cannot be served, payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us; after it ships the return policy applies.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers and we do not store full card details on our servers. Orders are shipped only after payment has cleared.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.
7. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty support are governed by our Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, uploading malicious code, or using our content and images for commercial purposes without written permission. All text, images, logos and product data on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.
9. Liability
RC models are not toys for unsupervised children and must be operated safely and within local rules. We are not liable for damage, injury or legal consequences arising from the assembly, installation or use of the products we sell, or for loss of use, loss of profit or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
