Order processing

Orders are checked, packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Item is shipped from Hong Kong, China or U.S. warehouse depending on stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you by email with the option to wait, swap the item or cancel that line for a full refund.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather and peak season can add time, especially for international packages.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated by destination, service and package weight and is always displayed in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping promotion applies to the service named in the promotion and is shown automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. You will only ever be charged the amount shown on the final checkout page.

Tracking your order

As soon as your package is handed to the carrier we email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active. You can also review the status of any order from Order History in your account.

Addresses and delivery problems

• Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. Once a package is shipped we cannot change the address.

• If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation.

• Packages returned to us as undeliverable (wrong or incomplete address, unclaimed, refused) can be re-sent once the return shipping cost has been paid.

International orders, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We declare packages accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.
